Levine steals Khalifa's car to run from the cops which sends Khalifa to have a wicked solo but looking homeless... All of this ends with a massive explosion that kills 8 policemen and somehow the helicopter pilots only to jump out of an exploding car next to a conveniently placed payphone under an overpass...
